Bursa’da sanayi kuruluÅŸlarının sürdürülebilir ve çevreye duyarlı iÅŸ modelini geliÅŸtirmek için “YeÅŸil Büyüme Projesi”ni hayata geçiren Bursa Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası’nın (BTSO) liderliÄŸinde ”Bursa Temiz Üretim Ä°ÅŸbirliÄŸi Protokolü” imzalandı.

     Bursa ValiliÄŸi, BüyükÅŸehir Belediyesi, UÜ ve Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinin destekleriyle “Bursa Temiz Üretim Ä°ÅŸbirliÄŸi Protokolü” gerçekleÅŸtirildi.Hilton Otel’de düzenlenen programa, Bursa Valisi Münir KaraloÄŸlu, Bursa BüyükÅŸehir Belediye BaÅŸkanı Recep Altepe, BTSO Yönetim Kurulu BaÅŸkanı Ä°brahim Burkay, UludaÄŸ Üniversitesi (UÜ) Rektörü Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay ve 21 OSB’nin baÅŸkan ve yöneticileri katıldı.

     BTSO Yönetim Kurulu BaÅŸkanı Burkay, çevre kaygılarının her geçen gün arttığı dünyada sürdürülebilir bir dünya ve küresel iklim deÄŸiÅŸikliÄŸi tehdidine karşı birlikte hareket ederek çözüm arandığını hatırlattı. Bursa iÅŸ dünyası olarak bu vizyonla harekete geçirilen “YeÅŸil Büyüme Projesi” kapsamında tüm sanayi kuruluÅŸlarını kapsayacak bir protokolle Türkiye’yi hedeflerine taşıdıklarını hatırlatan Burkay, Bursa’nın çevreye duyarlı büyümesine öncülük etmek adına sanayi bölgeleriyle birlikte Türkiye’de ilk kez böyle bir protokole imza atıldığını söyledi.

     BaÅŸkan Burkay, Antalya ValiliÄŸine atanan Bursa Valisi Münir KaraloÄŸlu’nun görev süresi boyunca Bursa’ya deÄŸer katan birçok projenin altına imza attığını kaydederek, “Birlik ve beraberlik içerisinde kentimizde örnek bir sinerji oluÅŸturan Sayın Valime yeni görev yerinde baÅŸarılar diliyorum. Bursa sizi unutmayacak.” diye konuÅŸtu.Bursa Valisi Münir KaraloÄŸlu, protokolün sanayide çevre bilincinin güçlenmesine büyük bir katkı sunacağını ifade etti.

     ÇEVRE DUYARLILIÄžI GÜÇ KAZANDI

     Bursa BüyükÅŸehir Belediye BaÅŸkanı Recep Altepe, “Günümüzde en önemli konu çevredir. Bugün de çevre haftasının ilk günü. Güzel bir protokole imza attık. Bizlere emanet olan temiz çevreye sahip çıkmak hepimizin görevidir. Bursa, bu konuda duyarlı bir ÅŸehir. Bu protokol de bu çevre duyarlılığına güç katacaktır.” dedi.

“CLEAN PRODUCTION IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE FOR OUR CITY”

“Bursa Clean Production Action Protocol” was signed under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Industry (BTSO) which conducted “Green Growth Project” in order to develop sustainable and eco-friendly business model of industrial enterprises in Bursa.

“Bursa Clean Production Action Protocol” was carried out with the support of Bursa Governorship, Metropolitan Municipality and Organized Industrial Zones. Bursa Governor Münir KaraloÄŸlu, Bursa Municipality Mayor Recep Altepe, BTSO Chairman of the Board Ä°brahim Burkay, Rector of Uludag University Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay, presidents and directors of 21 Organized Industrial Zones attended the program held in Hilton Hotel.

BTSO Chairman Burkay reminded that they were looking for a solution for a sustainable world in which the concerns about environment were increasing day by day, and needed to act together against the threat of global climate change. Remarking that Turkey achieved its goal within a protocol including all industrial enterprises under the scope of "Green Growth Project" which was carried out by Bursa Businessmen, Burkay said that it was the first time that such a protocol had been singed with industrial zones in Turkey for the sake of Green Growth of Bursa.

Stating that Bursa Governor Munir KaraloÄŸlu, who was assigned to Antalya Governor, made great contributions to Bursa by conducting several projects, Chairman Burkay said “I wish success to Mr. Governor for his new job, who created a great synergy in unity in our city. Bursa will always remember you.”  Bursa Governor Munir Karaloglu stated that this protocol would provide significant contributions to increase the environmental awareness in our industry.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS HAS INCREASED

Bursa Municipality Mayor Recep Altepe said “Today the most important issue is environmental issue. Today is also the first day of national green  week. We signed a significant protocol. It is our duty to take care of the environment, which has been entrusted with us. Bursa is a sensitive city in terms of this issue. This protocol will increase environmental awareness.”
